Defense Security Service Center for Development of Security Excellence (DSS CDSE) and Carney have been recognized for their excellence in training with awards for both the Thwarting the Enemy course and the Storage Containers and Facilities Practical Exercise. The Thwarting the Enemy course received Silver awards in both the Government Agency and Education categories, while the Storage Containers and Facilities Practical Exercise was honored with a Silver award in the Government Agency category.

Congratulations to the U.S. Army Combat Readiness/Safety Center (USACR/SC), which won two coveted Omni Intermedia Awards in both the Government and Educational award categories. The Collateral Duty Safety Officer (CDSO) course received silver and the Risk Communication course received bronze. Both courses were judged on Omni Awards’ multimedia criteria, which include creativity, graphics, programming, ease of use, functionality, audio, special effects, and impact.
