Learning DNA®  (LDNA®)

Learning is personal and no two learners are alike. MARi LLC’s Learning DNA® (LDNA®) lets you deliver intensely personalized training experiences by linking existing third-party learning content to an evolving database of individual personal traits, tendencies, and characteristics. This allows learning content to dynamically adapt to each student’s strengths and weaknesses as well as provide the best learning environment for that individual.

LDNA® utilizes both proprietary and commercially available datasets as well as databases and algorithms to determine the unique learning style of a learner. This information is then used by LDNA® and third-party applications to generate predictive analytics about an individual’s potential performance, strengths, and weaknesses. LDNA® connects to any other system via APIs including training and testing sites and applications. Further, because LDNA® either contains all of the traits of a learner or may access via third-party systems, LDNA® creates personalized dashboards for learners to provide them with notifications of results or the availability of new data (training opportunities, career opportunities, new data sources, etc.) and can provide learners with an analysis of their learning style and provide learners via third-party applications access to a rich dataset about learning and training options.
