Office of Personnel Management's Training and Management Assistance Program (OPM TMA). The OPM TMA vehicle aims to develop training and human-capital solutions for government agencies through an expedited contracting process. Carney is a proud OPM TMA prime contractor.
ENCORE II. ENCORE II provides a host of Information Assurance (IA) services to address complex information-security challenges for the US Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), Department of Defense, and other federal agencies.
Army's Distributed Learning Education and Training Products (DLETP). Administered by the Army's Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC), DLETP provides effective distance-learning solutions when and where needed to support troop readiness and performance.
Mission Oriented Business Integrated Services (MOBIS) (Formerly GSA Schedule 69). MOBIS covers management, organizational and business improvement services and products, including instructor-led and Web-based training, to enable government agencies to improve performance, quality, timeliness and efficiency throughout their organizations.
Broad Information Technology Services (BITS-2). BITS-2 provides a broad range of IT support services to help meet the IT requirements of the Federal Aviation Administration’s (FAA) and other federal agencies’ administrative, research, development, and operational activities.
General Services Administration (GSA) Schedule 70. GSA Schedule 70 covers most general purpose commercial information technology equipment, software, and services.
