Encore II
Encore II provides the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), the Department of Defense (DoD), and all other federal agencies with a convenient way to purchase the full range of information technology (IT) solutions—from IT engineering and integration to hardware and software procurements and IT operational support services. In addition, Encore II provides a host of Information Assurance (IA) services, including performance support, to address complex information security challenges.
Encore II Features
- Available to DISA, DoD, and all other federal agencies
- Allows for Time & Materials (T&M), Labor-Hour (L-H), Firm Fixed Price (FFP), and Cost Reimbursable (CR) contract types
- Task order flexibility allows task orders to include subcontractors
Encore II Experience
Carney is a proud partner of Encore II prime contractor Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC). The SAIC/Carney team has a long history with DISA in developing award-winning information security-related courseware. Under the previous I-Assure contract, Carney developed numerous award-winning courses which have reached millions of users. Through Encore II, Carney is updating many of the previously developed courses and developing new performance solutions to expand DISA’s courseware offerings.
