GSA Schedule 70
The Information Technology (IT) Schedule, schedule number 70, was established by GSA to provide government agencies with solutions for their various information-technology requirements and to allow those agencies to procure the products and services they need. This schedule is currently open for use by federal, state, and local government agencies. State and local government agencies can purchase from the GSA's IT Schedule 70 by way of cooperative purchasing.
GSA Schedule 70 Features
- Open to all federal agencies, mixed ownership government corporations, and the District of Columbia
- Employs pre-negotiated fair and reasonable pricing
- Stipulates no dollar value limit on task orders
- Allows Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Time & Materials (T&M), and Labor-Hour (L-H) contracts
- Allows creation of Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) for recurring needs
