OPTARSS II

Operations, Planning, Training and Resource Support Services II (OPTARSS II) provides a fast, flexible, and efficient vehicle for Army and Department of Defense (DoD) customers to access operational, planning, training, and resource support services. As an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ), multiple task order master contract, it is designed with flexibility and rapid ordering to facilitate satisfying the customer’s needs with optimum speed.

OPTARSS II contractors will provide support in the following task areas:

OPTARSS II Features

  • Open to all Army and may be extended to Department of Defense (DoD)
  • Is an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract with established and evaluated labor rates
  • Pre-qualified and streamlined group of prime contractors
  • No pass through rates for government use

OPTARSS II Experience

Carney is a proud partner of OPTARSS II prime contractor CACI, Inc. CACI offers years of hands-on experience in all OPTARSS task areas, as well as in depth familiarity with the FORSCOM mission and environment. Carney is eligible to compete for OPTARSS II contracts through partnership with OPTARSS II prime contractors, including CACI. Carney has experience in various partnerships supporting the Army with custom performance solutions including simulated immersive environments, serious games, engaging courseware, and interactive multimedia performance experiences or IMPEs.
