Custom ILT/vILT and Webinar Design and Delivery

We create and enhance instructor-led training (ILT) and virtual instructor-led training (vILT) so instructor-led learning remains current, engaging, and scalable.

• Conduct needs and skills gap analysis for identification where online training will have the greatest impact.
• Analyze audiences and requirements to determine the optimal ILT/vILT structure and blend.
• Use ADDIE (ADDIE-R) to produce complete ILT/vILT packages, including facilitator and participant materials, exercises, and assessments.
• Apply deliberate engagement strategies to keep learners actively involved, such as guided discussions, structured questioning, role plays, case studies, tabletop exercises, teach-backs, peer coaching, and structured reflection.
• Design sessions for platforms such as MS Teams, Zoom, and Adobe Connect, with detailed interaction plans that incorporate polls, chat prompts, breakout group activities, collaborative whiteboards, live annotation, and digital job aids to recreate a highly interactive classroom experience online.
• Integrate AI-enabled tools (transcripts, summaries, sentiment insights, follow-up microlearning) to give instructors real-time feedback on engagement, support learners between sessions, and continuously refine ILT/vILT design.
• Create webinars that function as structured, reusable learning assets.
