HCaTS Pools

Human Capital and Training Solutions (HCaTS) is a Government-Wide, Multiple Award, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (MA-IDIQ) task order contract vehicle for customized training and development, human capital strategy, and customized organizational performance improvement services. HCaTS is broken out into two pools with Pool 1 focused on training and Pool 2 focused on human capital consulting.  Carney has contracts under both Pools. Brief summaries are below.

Pool 1 (Contract # GS02Q16DCR0010, 7/19/2019–09/25/2026)

• Pool 1 under HCaTS is primarily focused on professional and management development and training
