CONTINUOUS DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES
To keep pace with new technologies, budget constraints, and increased mission demands, Government agencies need new and innovative approaches to support workforce training and performance. Continuous Development Activities (CDAs) provide a wide range of training, learning, and collaboration options that help agencies augment and expand their training reach and encourage continual learning.
These brief, targeted activities provide experiential training and exposure to key content and concepts that personnel need to do their jobs and support agency mission goals. CDAs often include a social component, either through social technology or in-person, to foster collaboration and connect people with information, resources, and experts within the organization.
Carney’s CDAs help our clients improve personnel performance through formal, informal, training, and non-training solutions. CDA solutions range from simple single activities to complex multiple series of interrelated activities. The depth and breadth available with CDAs allows us to create modular solutions for our clients that enable mission and budget needs.
